Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business, maintain client relationships, and promote our products including cable trays, earthing products, lightning protection products, wires, cables, and trading items.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Generate new leads through calls, visits, references, online platforms, and market visits.
  • Meet electrical contractors, consultants, builders, EPC companies, industries, and dealers.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations.
  • Follow up for enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, payments, and repeat business.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, CRM updates, and follow-up records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Required Skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical products will be preferred.
  • Strong follow-up and client handling ability.
  • Target-oriented mindset.

 

Experience

1 to 5 years preferred in electrical, cable tray, earthing, solar, industrial, or construction-related sales.

Store Executive

Role Overview

The Store Executive will be responsible for material inward, outward, stock records, store arrangement, and coordination with purchase, production, dispatch, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming materials as per PO, challan, invoice, and GRN.
  • Maintain stock records physically and in system.
  • Issue materials to production/dispatch as per requirement.
  • Maintain proper material location, labelling, and store cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with purchase team for shortage and pending material.
  • Support monthly stock audit and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward movements.

 

Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Good understanding of stock handling and documentation.
Discipline in record keeping and follow-up.


Experience

1 to 3 years in store, inventory, manufacturing, or electrical material handling.

Telecaller

Role Overview

The Telecaller will be responsible for client calling, enquiry generation, follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily calls to new clients, existing clients, old clients, and enquiry leads.
  • Generate enquiries for cable trays, earthing products, wires, cables, and electrical products.
  • Follow up on quotations, pending enquiries, payments, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain calling reports and update CRM regularly.
  • Share product details, catalogues, and company information with clients.
  • Coordinate with sales executives for visits and order closures.
  • Reactivate inactive customers and collect references.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills.
  • Confident phone handling.
  • Good follow-up discipline.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Experience

Fresher / 1 to 3 years experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or customer support.

Purchase Executive

Role Overview

The Purchase Executive will handle vendor coordination, rate comparison, purchase orders, material follow-up, and timely availability of required materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source materials as per company requirement.
  • Take rates from vendors and prepare comparison sheets.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with store, production, accounts, and quality teams.
  • Ensure material is received as per specification, quality, and quantity.
  • Maintain vendor database and purchase records.
  • Search for alternate vendors to improve cost and availability.

Required Skills

  • Vendor negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical/steel/industrial materials preferred.
  • Good documentation and follow-up skills.
  • Basic Excel and system knowledge.

Experience

1 to 4 years in purchase, procurement, vendor management, or manufacturing industry.

Quality Executive

Role Overview

The Quality Executive will be responsible for inspection of incoming material, in-process quality, final product checking, and maintaining quality records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect raw material, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
  • Check dimensions, coating, finish, quantity, and product specifications.
  • Maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, and rejection records.
  • Coordinate with production and store teams for quality issues.
  • Ensure products are dispatched only after quality approval.
  • Support corrective actions for repeated quality problems.
  • Maintain documentation as per company standards.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of measurement tools and quality checking.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic technical understanding of engineering/electrical products.
  • Good reporting and coordination skills.

Experience

1 to 4 years in quality inspection, manufacturing, fabrication, electrical, or engineering industry.

Store Manager

Role Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for complete store operations, inventory control, material planning, team supervision, stock accuracy, and coordination with all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete store operations including inward, outward, stock, and inventory.
  • Supervise store team and ensure proper material handling.
  • Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
  • Ensure correct GRN, material issue, challan, and stock entries.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification.
  • Coordinate with purchase for material shortage and planning.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and production for timely material availability.
  • Control wastage, damage, excess stock, and dead stock.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to management.

Required Skills

  • Strong store and inventory management knowledge.
  • Leadership and team handling ability.
  • Good system, Excel, and documentation skills.
  • Strong discipline in stock accuracy.

Experience

4 to 7 years in store management, inventory control, manufacturing, electrical, or engineering industry.

Production Engineer

Role Overview

The Production Engineer will be responsible for daily production planning, manpower coordination, process monitoring, quality coordination, and timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily production activities.
  • Coordinate with store for raw material availability.
  • Allocate work to production team as per priority.
  • Monitor production output, quality, wastage, and delays.
  • Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with quality team for inspection and approval.
  • Maintain production reports, job cards, and pending work status.
  • Improve productivity, process flow, and machine utilization.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline on the shop floor.

Required Skills

  • Technical knowledge of fabrication/manufacturing process.
  • Good planning and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and understand specifications.
  • Problem-solving and production follow-up ability.

Experience

2 to 5 years in production, fabrication, cable tray, electrical, sheet metal, or engineering manufacturing industry.
