Factory Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, managing staff, and maintaining product quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals.
  • Manage and lead a team of supervisors and production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor production quality and implement quality control measures.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.

 Qualifications:

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
  • Proven experience 2-3 years in R&D or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
